Information collection
We start by receiving all the informations related to the style from our customer.
It includes: Style sketch, photos, measurements, sizes, fabrics, buttons and trims, production volumes etc…
Costing & Negotiations
Based on all the information presented in step 1, our sales team will proceed to costing and prepare the offer for our customer.
Then we schedule a meeting where we negotiate upon the offer until both parties are agreed on all the terms.
Patternmaking & Sampling
Our dedicated CAD team in collaboration with the sampling department will make sure to transform your garment sketch and measurement table respectively to a pattern and then to a physical sample.
The sample is then sent to your location with fast express shipping alongside its measurements table.
After receiving your comments on the sample, we modify patterns and make another sample. This process is repeated until our customer is completly satisfied with the garment.
Once the sample is validated, our CAD team will prepare graded patterns using our customer’s graded spec table so the style is ready for production.
Fabric & accessories sourcing
Using our database of high quality trusted suppliers (Or ones chosen by our customer), VSQ Group sourcing team will make sure to buy and ship all the furnitures needed for the style manufacturing to our warehouse.
With their great experience in sourcing and logistics, the team will guarantee this operation in the least amount of time.
Manufacturing
Based on volumes and delivery time requested by our customer, Our manufacturing managers will make a suitable production plan.
Then production of the style will starts on our facilities equipped with the latest technologies in terms of machinery and methods.
Every garment is made sure to be crafted to perfection while maintaining maximum efficiency.
Delivery
Right after manufacturing, every garment is packed with our customer packaging solution of choice and stored.
Once the order is completed, our smart warehouse management enables us to ship it in the least amount of time.
